Tips for a Successful Maternity Photo Shoot

1. Timing is everything: Try to schedule your photo shoot between 32 and 38 weeks of pregnancy, when the belly is prominent but mum-to-be is still comfortable.

2. Choose a comfortable location: Opt for a serene, natural setting, such as a park* or beach*, or our cozy Lanarkshire studio that has a relaxed atmosphere.

3. Dress for comfort and style: Select flowing, comfortable clothing that accentuates the beauty of the pregnant form. We have an amazing array of fabulous gowns and materials; or perhaps you would prefer a bespoke Fine Art Nude or be photographed in something you have already.

4. Capture intimate moments: We can incorporate meaningful props, such as ultrasound photos, baby blocks, or sentimental jewellery, to add emotional depth to your images.

5. Focus on the connection: With certain packages we can also highlight the bond between mum-to-be and her partner, family members or even pets*.
